The Flabeg Group based in Nürnberg, Germany, has risen to become the
global market leader in the production of automotive mirrors due to
its consistent development and innovation. Production facilities are
located across Europe, North and South America as well as Asia. The
second pillar of business is the production of parabolic mirrors for
solar power plants, thus leading the market globally. The company
generated a turnover of approximately €110m in 2005/06. Acquisition
took place in 2000. In May 2008 EquiVest sold Flabeg to Industri Kapital.
