All CBR partners have extensive experience in operative management, in the management of private equity as well as in actual entrepreneurial settings. Based on its partners' comprehensive professional background, CBR meets a broad spectrum of experience in and with multiple companies, markets and regions. The close and continuous collaboration with the management teams of EquiVest's portfolio companies is centred in key strategic issues.

It is important to CBR to balance the interests of the EquiVest investors and the management teams of its portfolio companies. Key executives of each of the portfolio companies invest their own capital in parallel with EquiVest. This maintains and fosters the entrepreneurial spirit in the management teams. In addition each of CBR's partners invests in EquiVest and thus indirectly in each individual company.
